Return Policy – Cozy Cup

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cozy Cup. If you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Conditions for Returns:

1. The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. The Cozy Cup must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
3. Items showing signs of use or damage cannot be accepted.
4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

How to Return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your Cozy Cup at cozycupspprt@gmail.com.
2. We will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Ship the Cozy Cup back securely packaged.
